Apple sues OpenAI alleging trade secret theft

In a classic “Friday news dump,” Apple filed a federal lawsuit in California against OpenAI, accusing its once-partner of stealing some of its trade secrets. Specifically, it’s alleging that two of its former employees brought proprietary and confidential information about its hardware to OpenAI when they joined.
